Cancellation & Refund Policy

AYULIX AYURVEDA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the order.

  • AYULIX AYURVEDA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as herbal consumables, eatables, or similar products. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

  • In case of any refunds approved by AYULIX AYURVEDA, it will take approximately 1–2 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer through the original mode of payment.
